Before drop off
1. Select 30 items ( shoes and boots not counted ) . See that items match the season we are accepting
2. Lay flat and inspect garments are in great condition. Ripped, stained, damaged or clothing with too much wear will not sell and be returned to you. Buttons and zippers are zipped and buttoned. ( even if your garments are in a bag we ask you lay them as flat as possible ).
3. You have attached a name and phone to the drop off . Inside the bag, box or bin we ask that a name and phone number is inside or secured to outside . This is very important due to the process in which we handle new consignment .
4. You have made an appointment - appointments are in place for several reasons . The main reason is to ensure we have a need and space for what you bring. We only take in as we need to manage storage of your items . When an unexpected bag or bin comes in we have not made a bin available and this means you are bumping someone out of line -because we can not then go and shuffle 25 bins to place yours behind . We ask that you refrain from dropping small amounts at once . This is very hard to manage . An exception is rain gear single item drop off .
Consignment is scheduled based on size and what it is you wish to bring in . Please let us know the size(s) season and whether it is girls , boys or gender neutral clothing . We will get back to you shortly with an appointment time .
